Shipping Rates
All rates apply to standard ground shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Your shipping charge is calculated at checkout based on your order total before tax.
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed the next available business day.
Need It Faster?
Expedited shipping is available on most orders. Because rates vary by destination, package weight, and urgency, we quote expedited orders individually.
Call us at (855) 879-4737 Monday–Friday and we'll provide an expedited shipping quote and process your order over the phone. Same-day processing available for orders placed before noon PST.

Free Shipping — What Qualifies
Orders totaling $100.00 or more (before tax) qualify for free standard ground shipping to any address in the contiguous 48 states. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout — no code required.
Free shipping applies to standard ground delivery within the contiguous U.S. only. It does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii, international addresses, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Oversized or freight-class items (including certain large equipment orders) may be excluded from free shipping. If your order qualifies for free shipping but contains an excluded item, we will contact you with a shipping quote before processing.
Free shipping promotions, coupon codes, and discounts cannot be stacked or combined with each other unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Alaska, Hawaii & International
Because standard ground carrier service is not available to Alaska or Hawaii, we handle these orders individually. After you place your order, our team will reach out via email within one business day with the actual shipping cost for your approval before your order ships.
SONO Supplies does not currently offer standard international shipping through our website. For international wholesale or bulk inquiries, please contact us directly at sales@sonosupplies.com or call (855) 879-4737.
Out-of-Stock & Backordered Items
If any product in your order is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you by email with an updated estimated ship date. You'll have the option to wait for the item, substitute a similar product, or cancel that item from your order for a full refund.
