Does it really work with any wipe?

Yes! The SONO Touchless works with most baby, disinfecting, flushable, facial, and makeup remover wipes. For best performance, use sheets up to 7" × 8" and load a maximum of 40 sheets at a time.

How does the touchless feature work?

Simply wave your hand over the motion sensor and the lid opens automatically. After you remove a wipe, the lid closes itself after about 10 seconds, helping keep your wipes fresh and reducing unnecessary contact.

Will my wipes dry out?

No. The SONO Touchless features a Patented Silicone Seal that helps lock in moisture and keep your wipes fresh between uses.

What powers the dispenser, and how long do the batteries last?

The dispenser runs on 2 AA batteries (not included). A fresh set provides months of normal use, depending on usage frequency.

Can I use it in my kitchen or bathroom?

Absolutely! Its compact design is perfect for kitchen countertops, bathrooms, nurseries, home offices, gyms, and anywhere you keep wipes within easy reach.

 

Do I have to buy SONO wipes to use it?

No. The dispenser is designed to work with your favorite compatible wipes. You can use SONO Wipes or most other brands that fit the recommended size and capacity.

Yes. Press the manual override button to keep the lid open for approximately 2 minutes, making it easier during longer cleaning tasks or when multiple wipes are needed.
